The pool / games room were the kids favourite while the adults loved the space (so much better than a hotel!) and that it's so close to the parks! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. This was our fourth & childrens first visit to Disney World and it was a huge hit! We will surely be back. "

"I just wanted to send you an email and let you know that, even though we were stuck in Tropical Storm Fay during our vacation, your villa offered us a lot of indoor activities to pass the time away. We used the games room everyday and even though it was raining, the screen over the pool lessen the rains intensity so we could swim. The room arrangements gave us ample space to get away from each other when we needed the breather. It also was good to wake up in the morning without waking others up. The distance for the parks was good to be just far enough away from the traffic...

Even though there were 11 of us we could all find some room in this very spacious house. The kids loved the theme parks but we had no problem prising them away from the noise and the chaos to take them back to the peace and quiet of the villa and the fun at the pool.

Looking at the pictures on the website gave us all an idea of how our stay would be, but the second we walked through the door, our dream vacation became a reality. Your home exceeded our expectations - it was wonderfully maintained and wonderfully decorated. I do not think we could have found a more perfect place to call home during our vacation. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and their rooms (us too) and we loved the space. The Watersong community as well was a wonderful environment to be surrounded by. We found access to all the attractions, shopping and beaches to be very easy. I notice that the property is well booked into the future so the word must be getting out!

I also want to send along feedback related to your property management company, as we had a wonderful experience dealing with them. First of all, as I've mentioned it is obvious the home is very well maintained.... They were so pleasant to deal with. I just wanted to let you know that they went above and beyond which just made the rental experience all the more positive.

" We all enjoyed this place very much - the heated pool & hot tub were real hits. All the bedrooms, huge kitchen, 2 living spaces, it was all great. We have stayed at several other houses in the Orlando area but this was the biggest and best. I think we used just about everything there."
