"I just wanted to send you an email and let you know that, even though we were stuck in Tropical Storm Fay during our vacation, your villa offered us a lot of indoor activities to pass the time away. We used the games room everyday and even though it was raining, the screen over the pool lessen the rains intensity so we could swim. The room arrangements gave us ample space to get away from each other when we needed the breather. It also was good to wake up in the morning without waking others up. The distance for the parks was good to be just far enough away from the traffic...

We are planning a future trip in 2010 so you will be hearing from us in the future. Plus we are referring some family members to your home for the future."

"On behalf of all of us let me start by thanking you for this great property. This was our first villa experience and it exceeded our highest expectations. We could not have picked a more suitable place as a base for our holiday. We all loved the pool, the spa and the bedrooms it truly is an amazing place. We found getting about to the theme parks, shopping and restaurants very easy.

Even though there were 11 of us we could all find some room in this very spacious house. The kids loved the theme parks but we had no problem prising them away from the noise and the chaos to take them back to the peace and quiet of the villa and the fun at the pool.

We will have no hesitation in recommending your home to anyone and if we find ourselves in Orlando again we would love to stay at Disney Dreams Villa."

"The days that we spent in your home were truly amazing. Looking at the pictures on the website gave us all an idea of how our stay would be, but the second we walked through the door, our dream vacation became a reality. We didn't want to leave the house to go to the parks and when it was time to go home we all wanted to stay longer. My daughter wrote a poem about her thoughts of your home:"

The house is like a beautiful flower,
And an unpredictable May shower,
How can one place bring us so much joy,
Like a young child getting a new toy,
More pretty than a day in fall,

"Greetings Carl & Lou. First of all, let me start by thanking you for sharing your wonderful Orlando property with us. Your home exceeded our expectations - it was wonderfully maintained and wonderfully decorated. I do not think we could have found a more perfect place to call home during our vacation. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and their rooms (us too) and we loved the space. The Watersong community as well was a wonderful environment to be surrounded by. We found access to all the attractions, shopping and beaches to be very easy. I notice that the property is well booked into the future so the word must be getting out!

I also want to send along feedback related to your property management company, as we had a wonderful experience dealing with them. First of all, as I've mentioned it is obvious the home is very well maintained.... They were so pleasant to deal with. I just wanted to let you know that they went above and beyond which just made the rental experience all the more positive.

"We all enjoyed this place very much - the heated pool & hot tub were real hits. All the bedrooms, huge kitchen, 2 living spaces, it was all great. We have stayed at several other houses in the Orlando area but this was the biggest and best. I think we used just about everything there."

"This was our 15th visit, so we stayed away from the theme parks this year, except for Discovery Cove (swam with dolphins! - recommended if you haven't done it yet yourselves). We thank you again for your villa, it was by far the best we have ever stayed in and could not be faulted in any way. We have been advising everyone we know to look you up if they are coming over, but by the looks of your site, you are pretty well booked up for the foreseeable future. Hope to come back there again - first class. Thanks again."
